 In this video I demonstrate an example of how I have seen this exercise called the cable rows being done incorrectly for many years by other people in the gym. 
By  performing this exercise or other exercises  incorrectly, you will not be receiving the true benefits of the exercise or even injure yourself in the process, because of the incorrect form being used. This is just one example of many exercises being performed incorrectly .In this video you see me with a goatee
